Wallet & billing

One balance for everything: funding, prices, VAT and refunds.

Everything on Social Boost Lab is paid from one prepaid wallet. You add money once and each service is charged when you use it.

Adding money

  1. Open Wallet › Add funds.
  2. Enter the amount in your wallet currency.
  3. Choose a payment method. Card, bank transfer and USSD are processed by our payment partners; cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Solana and others) is also available. Methods that are switched on show a green “Instant” label.
  4. Pay. Your balance updates as soon as the payment partner confirms it, usually within seconds.
Paid but your balance didn't change after 10 minutes? Email support@socialboostlab.com with the payment reference and date and we'll match it.

Currency

Your country sets your wallet currency where we support it (Naira, Pounds, Euro, Cedis, Shillings, Rand, Canadian dollars); everyone else uses US dollars. You can change it in Settings › Billing & currency. The balance is converted at today's rate, never just relabelled.

Prices

  • Every price is shown before you confirm, including VAT where it applies. See the Pricing page for each service.
  • Some things renew: website plans or a custom domain on a website, domains (yearly) and WhatsApp numbers. You get reminders before each renewal and can turn renewal off at any time.
  • Add your VAT/TIN number in Settings › Billing so it appears on your receipts.

Refunds

  • Automatic: failed or partly delivered social orders, SMS the network rejected, failed domain registrations or transfers, and unused Lead Finder budgets go straight back to your wallet, with a notification.
  • On request: email support within 7 days about a purchase that went wrong, or within 90 days of a deposit to get unused money back to your original payment method.

Transactions and receipts

Wallet lists every deposit, purchase and refund with its reference. Use the reference when you contact support about a payment.
