Social Boost Lab

Introduction

What Social Boost Lab is and how the pieces fit together.

Social Boost Lab is one place to build your business online and reach customers: websites and stores, domains, business email, email and SMS marketing, WhatsApp, social growth and lead generation. One account, one wallet and one dashboard.

How it fits together

  • One wallet. You add money once, in your currency, and every service is charged from it when you use it. There are no separate SMS or email balances and no platform subscription. See Wallet & billing.
  • Your audience is shared. Contacts you import can be used for email and SMS, and the same people can book appointments, buy from your store or fill in your website forms.
  • Your brand, your accounts. Websites can use your own domain, email goes out from your domain, SMS from your own sender ID, and store payments go straight into your own Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe or PayPal account.
  • Pay as you go. Prices are shown before you confirm anything. Failed work is refunded to your wallet automatically.
