Account & security

Two-step sign-in, devices, notifications and your data.

Two-step sign-in

  1. Go to Settings › Security › Turn on two-step sign-in.
  2. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app: Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password or Authy.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm.
  4. Save your backup codes somewhere safe. Each one works once if you lose your phone.
Lost your phone and your backup codes? Email support@socialboostlab.com from your account's email address and we'll verify it's you. We never ask for your password or codes.

Passwords and sign-ins

  • Forgot your password? On the login page press Forgot password; we email a 6-digit code that works for 10 minutes.
  • Devices: Settings › Security lists your recent sign-ins and devices. Sign out all other devices with one click.
  • Alerts: we email you when your account is signed in from a new place, or when your password or security settings change.

Notifications

Settings › Notifications: choose which kinds of notification you see and whether important ones (money, renewals, storage, failures) are also emailed to you.

API keys

Create and revoke keys in Settings › API keys. See the API overview.

Your data

  • Download everything we hold about your account as one file in Settings › Privacy & data.
  • Close your account from the same page. Move your domains and ask for any unused balance first.
