Business email

Mailboxes like you@yourbusiness.com and webmail.

Professional mailboxes on your own domain, like hello@yourbusiness.com, with a fast webmail you can install on your phone.

Create mailboxes

  1. You need a domain, registered with us or elsewhere.
  2. Go to Business email and add the domain. If it's registered with us, the email records are set up for you; otherwise we show the records to add.
  3. Create mailboxes. Up to 5 mailboxes per domain are free, each with its own storage.
  4. Add group addresses such as sales@ or info@ that deliver to one or more mailboxes.

Read and send email

Sign in to webmail at socialboostlab.com/mail/. It has folders, search, drafts, scheduled sending, snooze, undo send and attachments. Install it like an app from your browser menu (“Add to home screen” or “Install”).

Our mailboxes work in our webmail; desktop apps like Outlook or the Gmail app (IMAP) aren't supported yet. If you need them, choose Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Zoho in the domain's Email tab.

Safety

  • Every attachment is scanned when you upload it, again before it's sent, and on every incoming email. Dangerous files are blocked with an explanation.
  • Incoming mail also gets spam and virus checks from our mail provider.

Storage and passwords

  • Each mailbox shows a storage bar and warns you as it fills. When it's full, new mail is refused and the sender is told, so nothing disappears silently.
  • Forgotten mailbox password? The person who manages the domain resets it in Business email › Mailboxes.
