How do I create an account?Sign up with your email and a password. We email you a link to confirm your address. After you press it, answer four short questions (country and phone, account type, company, what you'll use first) and you're in.
I didn't get the confirmation email.Check spam and promotions, and wait a minute. On the “Check your email” page you can send a new link. Links work once and for 3 days.
What is the wallet?One balance pays for everything: websites, domains, email marketing, SMS, WhatsApp, social growth and Lead Finder. You fund it once in your currency and each service is charged when you use it. There are no separate SMS or email balances.
Is there a monthly subscription?No platform subscription. You pay as you go. Only some things renew: website plans or a custom domain on a website, domains (yearly) and WhatsApp numbers.
Which countries do you serve?Everyone, worldwide. Your country sets your wallet currency where we support it (Naira, Pounds, Euro, Cedis, Shillings, Rand, Canadian dollars); everyone else uses US dollars.
