1. Acceptable Use Policy

By accessing Social Boost Lab services, you agree not to dispatch spam, phishing messages, or unauthorized broadcasts via SMS or Email channels.

2. Sender ID & Domain Verification

Custom SMS Sender IDs are subject to carrier approval. Email domain verification requires valid DKIM and TXT DNS records.

3. Bulk Email Rules

• Permission only. You may only email people who gave you explicit permission to contact them (for example through a sign-up form, a checkout opt-in, or an existing customer relationship where marketing consent was given). You must be able to show when and how each contact opted in.
• No purchased or scraped lists. Bought, rented, shared, harvested or scraped email lists are prohibited.
• Unsubscribe. Every marketing email we send for you includes an unsubscribe link and one-click unsubscribe headers. Unsubscribed addresses are suppressed automatically and must not be re-added.
• Bounces and complaints. Addresses that hard-bounce or mark your email as spam are suppressed automatically. Accounts with a bounce rate above 2% or a complaint rate above 0.08% may be paused until their lists are cleaned.
• Prohibited content. Phishing, malware, deceptive subject lines, illegal products, adult content, gambling and get-rich-quick or cryptocurrency schemes are not allowed.
• Enforcement. We may review, limit, pause or close any account that breaks these rules, without refund of the unused balance where the breach is serious.
