How to delete your data
Social Boost Lab is run by Cipher Knights Ltd (UK company number 16141995). You can ask us to delete the data we hold about you at any time.
Disconnect WhatsApp or Facebook
- Open Meta Business Settings, then Integrations → Connected apps (or Partners).
- Find Social Boost Lab and remove it. We can then no longer read or send messages for your WhatsApp Business Account.
- On Facebook you can also go to Settings → Apps and websites and remove Social Boost Lab.
Delete everything we hold
Email support@cipherknights.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Data deletion request". If you don't have an account and only messaged one of our customers on WhatsApp, include your phone number with its country code.
We'll confirm we've received your request within 3 working days and finish within 30 days. We delete your account, contacts, messages, WhatsApp connection details, templates, campaigns and uploaded documents. We keep only what the law requires, such as payment records for tax, and only for as long as required.
If you messaged a business that uses Social Boost Lab
Reply STOP to that business on WhatsApp and they can't message you through us any more. To have your messages deleted, contact that business or email us as above. We'll work with them to remove your data. See our privacy policy for more.
